Reiki
Reiki is a powerful form of alternative therapy, commonly referred to as energy healing, which involves the transfer of universal life energy through the practitioner's hands to the client. Reiki works by balancing the energy fields around the body and removing energy blockages that may contribute to stress, illness, or emotional distress. The term “Reiki” originates from Japan, combining “Rei” (universal) and “Ki” (life energy). Reiki healing is designed to clear stagnant energy and blockages, restore balance, and promote well-being. I offer in-person and online sessions in Reiki, Distance Reiki and Angelic Reiki

What to Expect
Reiki sessions are often the first step toward emotional and physical healing. Your initial Reiki session will include a consultation to understand your personal needs and to create a personalised healing plan.
- Comfortable Setting: You remain fully clothed, lying down on a healing bed. Soft music, candles, and aromatherapy may be used to enhance relaxation.
- Energy Scanning: I place my hands lightly on specific energy points, such as the head, chest, abdomen, and limbs, using Reiki hand positions.
- Healing Energy Flow: I channel Reiki energy to you, holding each position for 2–5 minutes or longer if needed. There are over 20 key energy points that may be addressed during a session.
- Personalised Healing: Reiki flows to where it is needed most, helping the body, mind, and spirit to realign and heal holistically.

Distance Reiki
Healing energy is not bound by time or space. Distance healing allows healing energy to reach you —— no matter where you are in the world. I offer Distance Reiki sessions, allowing you all the benefits of in-person Reiki healing, while allowing you to receive energy from the comfort of your own home.

Angelic Reiki
Angelic Reiki is a beautiful, comforting treatment working in conjunction with Angelic healing energies. It channels Angelic realms via Healing Angels, Archangels, Ascended Masters and Galactic Healers – and increases energy flow throughout the Chakras.
What to Expect
Angelic Reiki is given with you lying on my therapy bed – comfort is essential. You remain fully clothed (without shoes). There is no massage or manipulation involved, just hands-on healing. Angelic Reiki is a beautiful method of healing, addressing all areas, physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.

Access Bars
Access Bars is an energy healing modality involving the gentle touching of 32 points on the head, known as "Bars," to release electromagnetic energy associated with thoughts, beliefs, and emotions. By releasing the stored energy, Access Bars aims to clear limiting beliefs and patterns, promoting ease, joy, and a greater sense of well-being. Access Bars is a gentle and non-invasive technique suitable for people of all ages who want to reduce stress and improve their overall well-being. It's a holistic approach that can be used alongside other therapies or as a standalone practice.
What to Expect
- Gentle touch - light touches on the 32 points on the head.
- Releasing energy: this gentle touch is believed to release the electromagnetic charge stored in these points, which are associated with various aspects of life.
- Clearing blockages: the release of this energy is thought to clear mental and emotional blockages, allowing for greater ease and possibilities in life.

Reflexology
Reflexology is a complementary therapy that involves applying pressure to specific points on the feet, which map the body's systems. This helps to affect energy flow and direct communication via signals around the body, only targeting the areas of either tension or pain. The goal is to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and potentially alleviate certain conditions by stimulating the body's natural healing processes.
45-minute session costs £40.00
Forget Foot Not Luxury Treatment: it includes a full reflexology session and a foot spa with aromatherapy salts. While your feet are soaking, you will receive a hand massage.
70-minute session costs £55.00
Hopi Ear Candling
The easiest way to understand the science behind Hopi Ear Candling is to compare it to a chimney. The movement and compression between the ear canal and the candle chamber generate air flow, and the burning action infuses the herbs and essential oils into a vapour. This acts as a massaging function as well as softening any debris and wax.
Hopi candles can be used for many conditions, including deafness caused by excess wax, congested sinuses, irritation in the ears, tinnitus, ringing or noises in the ears, rhinitis, glue ear, colds, flu, headaches and migraines. The candles act as a vacuum in the ear canal, so they are very gentle as nothing enters the ear except the vapour.
What to Expect
You lie down on your side with your head supported on a pillow, so the ear canal is vertical. The process is completely painless and involves placing a hollow candle inside the ear, as far as is comfortable. The candle is then lit, resulting in a gentle suction motion that draws the wax and impurities from the ear. Afterwards, you receive a pressure point massage around the ear and a massage.

Held every Wednesday (except the second Wednesday of each month) at Seaton Hall between 7 pm and 8 pm. Each week there is a different subject theme and it costs £6.50 per session. Booking is essential. All welcome

Reiki Attunement
Reiki 1: Learn the history of Reiki and how this beautiful form of energy healing works, so you can practice Reiki on yourself, family and friends.
Reiki 2: Learn the ancient symbols and how to send Reiki distantly. You'll learn how to send it back in time to future events and much more. With Reiki level 2, you will be able to charge clients for Reiki sessions.
Reiki 3: Advance to Master Teacher Level and learn more about the symbols, how to teach Reiki and perform attunements on your students.

Wellbeing Coaching
Wellbeing coaching helps you identify what issues are currently preventing you from being and feeling the best version of yourself. Through the understanding of your present circumstances, we define the goals you are committed to achieving and create a plan tailored to you.
What to Expect
We start with a FREE 20-minute consultation, a discovery call either via the telephone or on Zoom. We can discuss what your needs and expectations are and can reassure you that coaching is the right choice for you. We will discuss pricing and the number of suggested sessions. If you are happy to go ahead, we will then book your first session. You are then sent a Welcome Pack and Questionnaire to fill out. This includes pricing, payment options, and discounts for block booking.

Evening & Weekend Retreats
Indulge in some peaceful you-time. I regularly run evening retreats during the winter months and weekend retreats. Check out my Facebook page and Instagram for details or contact me directly via email or telephone. Weekend retreats take place over a bank holiday weekend in West Cumbria, sleeping in a beautifully converted camping barn on farmland with a log burner, BBQ and outside seating area. All food and drinks are included in the price.

Just pay a £20.00 deposit to secure your place. If you need to amend your appointment, allow at least 24 hours’ notice, so I can offer the space to another. Any cancellations within 24 hours will result in a loss of the deposit.
Missed appointments will require full payment before rebooking.
